Osteopathy is a hands on therapy that seeks to address your aches and pains. Osteopaths tailor the approach to suit the individual and take into account the person's previous health history, current health status, presenting symptoms, goals and abilities. Your Osteopath will also take into account your preferences for treatment such as a gentle or firm pressure approach and discuss with you what has or hasn't worked for you in the past.
No referral is needed (unless claiming via a third party such as Veteran's Affairs or a GP management plan)

Private Health rebates: Pay upfront and once receipted, you can claim as per your health fund. HICAPS currently unavailable.
EPC/Medicare plan (Chronic Disease Management Plan) - eligibility to be assessed and referral to be initiated by your GP and paperwork must be received prior to first visit. There is a gap fee charged. The full cost is charged on the day. You then need to make your own claim as per Medicare (HICAPS currently unavailable).The gap (or out of pocket fee) paid by you is usually between $45-$67.
