First visit $148 (Allow at least 45 mins. Your practitioner allows 15 mins for notes/report/admin time)

Extended/Complex care visit $148 (Allow at least 45 mins. Your practitioner allows 15 mins for notes/report/admin time)

Return visit $114 (approx 30-40 mins depending on need, Your practitioner allows 10 mins for notes/report/admin time )

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please don’t hesitate to reschedule if you are unwell. Late cancellations that cannot be filled (except for illness) may be charged $50.

Private Health: pay in full with rebates self processed once receipt given.

Medicare plans (GPCCMP)- eligibility/referral is determined by your GP and paperwork must be received prior to the first visit. The full consultation cost is charged upfront, with the rebate self processed as per your fund. If on a GP Plan, the Medicare rebate of $53.80 goes towards the cost of your appointment, leaving a gap amount that you will cover eg the out of pocket cost for your first appointment may be $142 - $53.80 = $88.20

No TAC/WORKCOVER at this stage.

Home Care packages - can be arranged with your Support at Home co-ordinator (either in clinic or home visit).
