First visit $135 (allows 45 mins with client plus practitioner notes/report/admin time )

Extended/Complex care visit $135 (allows 45 mins with client plus practitioner report/liason/session planning time)

Return visit $102 (approx 30-40 mins depending on need, allow some wriggle room)

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please don’t hesitate to reschedule if you are unwell. No charge will be applied in such cases.

Private Health: pay in full first with rebates self processed once receipt given.

EPC/Medicare - eligibility/referral is determined by your GP and paperwork must be received prior to the first visit. A Gap Fee applies.

The full consultation cost is charged upfront, with the rebate self processed as per your fund. If on a GP Plan, the Medicare rebate of $53.80 goes towards the cost of your appointment, leaving a gap amount that you will cover. eg the out of pocket cost for your first appointment may be $135 - $53.80 = $81.20

No TAC/WORKCOVER at this stage.

Home Care packages - can be arranged with your Home Care Co-ordinator (either in clinic or home visit).
